Booking

A date is reserved only after the signed quote and advance payment.

Payments

Balance is due before or on the event day as stated in your quote. Advances are non-refundable except where the date is rescheduled by mutual consent.

Delivery

Edited photos and videos are delivered through an online gallery within the agreed timeline. Raw files are not shared.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation terms are listed in your quote.

Copyright & usage

Skyinlens retains copyright. Clients receive personal-use rights; we may showcase work in our portfolio and social media unless you opt out in writing.

Liability

We use backup gear and storage, but are not liable for events beyond our control. Liability is limited to the fees paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune.
